This refund and cancellation policy outlines our policy on refunds for personal recordings and hypnotherapy sessions, as well as our policy on appointment cancellations.
Personal Recordings
Once you have received your personal recording, refunds will not be provided. We take great care to ensure that our recordings are of the highest quality, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any technical difficulties with your recording, please contact us at admin@mindovereverything.ca and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Hypnotherapy Sessions
Once you have attended a hypnotherapy session, refunds will not be provided. We take great care to ensure that our sessions are conducted in a professional and effective manner, and we are confident that you will find the experience to be helpful and beneficial. If you have any concerns or issues with your session, please contact us at admin@mindovereverything.ca and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without penalty. However, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the personal recording or hypnotherapy session that you have paid for, we will provide a full refund. We may also provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as in cases of technical difficulties that prevent us from delivering the service as intended. These exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
